Registration and Login Help

Follow the instructions below to ensure access to the entire site. If you have followed all of these tips and are still experiencing problems, contact Axia Interactive Media Support on 01924 516838.

1. BROWSER - If using Microsoft Internet Explorer, add this site to your list of Trusted Sites. De-select Require server verification (https) for all sites in the zone. Ensure your pop-up blocker is turned off.

a) Select the Tools menu

b) Select Internet Options.

c) Select the Security tab

d) Select the zone that you want to set the security level for; in this case the Trusted sites zone.

e) Select Sites.

f) In the Add this Web site to the Zone text box, type the Internet address for the Web site that you want to add to this zone, and then select Add. For example: *.axia.com (the asterisks allow any URL with a ".axia.com" extension to be trusted).

g) De-Select the checkbox for "Require server verification (https)" for all sites in this zone.

h) Select OK. The pop-up will close.

i) Under Security level for the zone, select Low.

j) Select Apply, then OK.

2. FIREWALL - Is all or part of this site being blocked by your firewall? Enable this site's URL in your computer's firewall settings.

3. FILTERING SOFTWARE - Is your filtering software blocking all or part of this site? Enable this site's URL in your computer's filtering software settings.

4. ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE - Is your anti virus software blocking all or part of this site? Enable this site's URL in your computer's filtering software settings. Also, ensure that cookies and scripting are not blocked.

5. POP-UPS - This site requires that pop-ups be allowed. You must set your browser, filtering software, and anti-virus software to allow pop-ups from this site URL.

6. SPYWARE - Advertisement software, or 'spyware' is becoming much more debilitating to daily computing processes. It is recommended that you keep your computer 'clean' using popular programs like "Ad-Aware" from Lavasoft.

When you log in, you will automatically go to your personal homepage at the "center" of the application. This will provide you with quick access to your personal information as well as main site navigation.

1. Move the mouse over the username field, click to place the cursor in the field.

2. Type in your username.

3. Move the mouse over the password field, click to place the cursor in the field.

4. Type in your password. Remember that the password is case sensitve.

5. Click on the Login button.

Do not forget your username and password - you will need them every time you login. Keep your password private - only you should have access to your personal information.

You can access the Login Screen via two methods:

1. Type the provided application URL into your Microsoft Internet Explorer address bar.

2. On the login screen, click the Favorites icon just under the date display and follow the instructions. After this, you may pick the application title from your Microsoft Internet Explorer's Favorites list.

Click "Forgot Username/Password", then follow the resulting instructions. You may have your login information sent to your email address or provided to you via telephone contact.

Select "Forgot Username/Password" and follow the procedure. If you have already tried this, contact Axia Interactive Media Support on 01924 516830.

 

 

On the Login screen click "Not Registered?". The Registration dialog will appear. Place the cursor in the fields by clicking with the mouse, and type in the relevant information. Note that some fields have drop-down lists to choose from, indicated by the down-arrow at the right of the field. Fields requiring date entry will have a calendar icon to their right. Click on this icon for easy date selection. Note that required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*). You must enter information into required fields before you may save your registration information. Note that the "Accept Terms & Conditions" checkbox is a required field; click on it to place a check. Click save to register your information. Successful registration will automatically take you to your personal homepage.

If your attempt at registration results in the message "There are required and/or invalid fields that must be corrected before you can continue. Please verify carefully all marked field.", there  are two areas to troubleshoot:

1. Required fields: Ensure ALL fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are complete, including Terms & Conditions. Also ensure that these fields have been correctly completed. Type in proper email addresses, and use the date picker icon and drop-down lists where provided.

2. Password & Confirm Password fields: Information in these fields must be identical. It is easy to incorrectly enter information here because for security reasons, your information is displayed only as black dots. Carefully re-enter your information in these two fields.

If you still cannot register after confirming correct information entry, contact your site administrator.

Yes. You may change all of your registration information, including your username and password, from within the application, by clicking "My Information" from your homepage.
